The Goleta Sanitary District is governed by a five member Board of Directors, each elected to a four-year term. The Directors are elected on an at-large basis by registered voters living within the District's service area.

GSD Board of Directors meets the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month
at 7:30 pm at the GSD Board Room at One William Moffett
Place.
